很差的体验，酒店工作人员服务意识太差，让我对本地天津人留下非常差的印象。很爱端着，就像前几年政府窗口工作人员，咨询问题不搭理。退房用了二十分钟，中间催，说是没查完房。

服务差，前台办理入住慢，态度不好，和政府窗口一个德行。房间刺鼻味道很大，送水果，不敲门，直接刷房卡进去。很尴尬
