路对面是我住的小区，每次朋友来访都订在这里。标间面积小，早餐差，但是比较安静。由于是狗不理集团的饭店，一遇到开会，房间就时有时无，饭店由集团养着，估计不以盈利为主，到欢乐谷旅游的旺季房间也要提前一周订才有保证，在天津这么偏僻的位置，这里房间不算低，但附近除了五星的恒大酒店，也只能订在这里了，附近其他私人小旅馆条件很差。

帮朋友订的，狗不理集团的酒店，大堂不小，以前欢乐谷和隔壁的室内水上乐园兴旺的时候估计生意很好，现在比较清冷，大门外车道铺的地砖都已经松动了，饭店时开时关，好像不以盈利为目的。房间小，卫生尚可，早餐种类很少，本以为应该供应狗不理包子，但大包子都没有。但东丽湖这里除了每晚800元起步的恒大酒店，没有什么其他正规酒店了。

住了一个礼拜，连续三天没热水，WiFi网速差的连微信都打不开，电视不能看，早餐算上粥共6样。临走开发票时候还态度极差，爱叼不叼的样子。下次来住大街都不会住这，垃圾
