酒店的服务很好，房间的质量也还行，已经住过两次了。就是有的房间墙皮有受潮起碱的问题，各种设施也都旧了。不过住着还行，房间也足够大。最近地铁开通了，离地铁3号线西康路站大约4,5百米，交通很方便。今后还会去住。在艺龙网订的价格也还便宜，服务质量也不错。

在去天津的路上订的酒店，开始订了2间，一间标准，一间大床。1个小时后，同程客服告知大床房没有，可以免费升级高级标间。第二天结账的时候酒店前台没有弄清楚情况，多收了房费。在与同程客服取得联系之后，问题得到解决。

酒店设施比较陈旧。服务态度也不算好，上网条件不甚好：最初找不到何处插网线，请来服务员询问，她不耐烦一指“插这里”；请她插上后，计算机显示“网线未接通”；请求解决，服务台称“现在没有技术人员”；直到第二天再次请求，才来一服务员，更换网线后接通。

酒店装修的比较老，交通方便，性价比较好，服务人员速度较慢，早点不是很理想，但在这个区域这个价格的酒店还是很不错的。推荐朋友入住此酒店。
