两次去天津都住的这家酒店，这次没有上次住的感觉好，这次的房间好闷，一进去就是上一位客人留下的满屋香烟味，装修比较老旧，而且房间旁边就是马路比较吵，唯一的优点就是离去的地方近方便！

位置不错，吃饭购物方便，门口出租车多，交通好，距离北辰开发区比较近，周边有物美超市，方便购物，房间很干净，布置的也很温馨，相比同档次酒店，性价比很高。服务员很热情，而且附近的各项生活配套设施很齐全，超市、KTV等

这家酒店整体还是挺好的，和东方之珠ktv很近，周边饭店也挺多，交通也很方便。房间挺大，也挺干净，但是隔音不太好，关键是一些客人没素质，在楼道里大喊大叫，砸门，没有公众意识。希望酒店工作人员能够提醒一下。
