定的是双早的房间，早餐时间到九点半。九点十分去餐厅就剩碗和盘子了，咸菜都没了，就因为这里距离动物园近，孩子早饭也没吃到。去问前台，前台两服务套自己谈笑风生，根本爱搭不理。花钱买的早餐也没给退，找他们理论时往返前台和餐厅两次房卡丢了还赔了五十块钱。这样能算到消费者骨子里的宾馆能开到现在也是有背景，给你们点赞！

脏，乱，差，小这四个字已经概括了酒店。早餐更是吃不下去，苍蝇在自助餐上方，飞来飞去。无语。

酒店就在高架下面，感觉很压抑。房间真有25平吗？感觉应该不到20平米。床上还有头发丝，地毯上好大的一块脏斑。订了两晚的酒店（好后悔），一次性拖鞋只给了一晚，跟服务生要，居然还说，有一双就行了呗。住这么多次酒店，这种话还真的第一次听。br这应该是同程上订过最差的一次。

脏+忽悠人。进房间，看到床单、枕套都有黄色印记、皱皱巴巴，一看就不是新的，跟前台说换房，被告知没有多余的两人间了，让我们稍等下，他们重新打扫。也不知道要等多久，先出门看演唱会了，回来时前台说打扫完了，但进房间发现根本没有！还是那么脏！幸好自己带了一次性的床单，没脱衣服凑合了一夜。第二天出门，分别看见House Keeping的车，上面放着洁白、干净的床单，简直太欺负人，故意不给我们换吗？？！！地毯也是脏到爆炸，有图为证。另外，房价显示245元，但我在艺龙的成交价是263元，不知道这是什么情况？本来这家酒店因为离体育馆近，觉得很不错，没想到这么垃圾。
