非常好的酒店 交通便利 就在百货大楼里吃饭逛街 都很好 房间很大 设施基本齐全 酒店算五星级吧 员工服务也不错 虽然五一假期 但还是热情服务 值得表扬！早餐略显单调连咖啡都没有 但床很舒服 这是我最喜欢的！

酒店的设施和室内环境不错，但是服务真的有待加强，入住当日正巧赶上林俊杰在天津开演唱会，包下酒店两层房间，导致1日下午入住的客人没有房卡，每次回房间只能让楼层服务员用通卡开门，上楼后发现没有楼层服务员又要下楼去大厅前台叫人，特别不方便。

酒店卫生条件好，地理位置绝佳，离吃饭，游玩的地方都很近，楼下就是步行街*天津百货大楼*唯一就是服务员服务速度极慢，等半天才能入

这是一家非常好的酒店，我们初到天津的时候是半夜十一点，五一房源紧张，恰好遇林俊杰第二天也住酒店，已经没有房间，但是在告知我们已经提前付房费之后，酒店方免费给我们升级为豪华行政套房。而且地理位置非常好，天津市很难打车的，去哪都可以走，非常高兴这次预定。
