位置非常优越，楼下就是类似南京路的商业街，离劝业场50米，离西开教堂，小白楼也是走走就到，离名流茶馆五分钟，听相声极方便。房子也还行，卧室客厅都大窗，采光好。热水供应充足，性价比极高。唯二不足一是电视在客厅，卧室没有，二是房间整理较少，但瑕不掩瑜，还是满意的
