整体可以，设施稍老旧，主要离南开大学超近。在艺龙上价位很便宜，说是单人房，其实是大床房。

酒店离南开大学很近，这次来主要就是来南开大学参观一下，交通就比较便利了；周围的美食很多，对于吃货也是大大的满足；酒店内部干净整洁，设施齐全，服务人员态度也很好。后来走的时候东西落在了酒店，打电话回去前台也帮忙找后来寄送过来，非常好！

位置还算可以吧周围有7-11 能解决不少问题.
设施还可以 属于中规中矩的.
早餐没吃不太清楚.
说一下服务与感觉吧: 到前台时前台人员忙着跟其它人员交待什么事情如果不是打断一下估计还会不停地说下去眼睛都不带抬一下的. 等可以办理手续时 仍然还在交待个不停.这意识 真是醉了.
整体来说服务不达标 这是意识层面的事 估计快捷酒店的标准都不到.
整体来说还算可以吧如果无视服务的话. 不过 就整个天津来说 服务意识都不高的.
