差评，和次酒店无关，是艺龙的售后太不讲理。
定的北京某酒店，房间空调是坏的，基本没冷风，然后要求换酒店，因为住户是日本人，言语不通，为了能入住，确实同意了升级房间。事后我找艺龙售后沟通，艺龙售后毫无协调能力，反正你住户已经同意升级了，也付了钱了，活该! 沟通中也不等客户讲完，直到我说你能不能先听我讲完，才住嘴，没礼貌!说到底，我这种客户有没有都无所谓的。先说是客户自己要求升级房间的，之前定的房间就是没窗的，升级房的区别就是无窗变有窗。我解释，不是因为没窗，是因为你空调是坏的，才会提到没窗，房间更热。然后回复，酒店简介里面没有写有空调，所以就是没有空调的意思。我说你没空调是不是该写下，正常人都不会知道现在还有酒店是没有空调的!然后又说有中央空调，但要5月15日再开放。那你到底是有空调还是没有空调!
换房前空调是坏的，但也不是完全一点点风也没有，所以即不存在没有空调，也不存在5月15日才开放的情况!
以后不会再通过艺龙定房间了，因为艺龙的售后只在乎酒店的一面之词。客户啥的，你活该。你下次不要通过我们艺龙定就可以咯。
