客人于1月17日预订了18日晚的房间，并注明19日凌晨1点前到店。在凌晨12点30分到达后，发现酒店已经把订好的房间租出，看到客人真来了，用了1个小时时间将一间餐厅摆了一张床，无桌子，无电视，无衣柜，无。。。解释说该房间正在装修。。。还问第二天是否能11点前退房（免得耽误别的客人第二天吃饭？）客人最后凌晨1点半才入住也不知道是餐厅还是房间的这个空间。
第二天交涉，酒店草草收了100块房费。。。这酒店真是不错啊。。。呵呵

不好，冷的要死，几次电话沟通无果，后来第二天太阳出来晒一上午了所谓的工程人员来测量温度，还两个被子还冷，后来楼层服务员看不过去了就帮找了电暖气，才好点，要不是预付不能取消，我真的不住。接下来不会在选择

宾馆离天津站和地铁站非常近，出行很方便，房间简洁，空调给力，卫生可以，服务好，最值得点赞的是热水真的舒适！

老店新装修的酒店，我们凌晨一点入住，在艺龙预订的房间，由于到店时间是凌晨，艺龙APP自动生成了后一天，和总台沟通后顺利入住，还免费升级房间，非常感谢！酒店距离天津站很近，可惜我们第一次来天津站，出口找错了，应该找北出站口出战，几步路就到了。酒店设施非常好，WI-FI信号超棒！
