整体酒店还算不错，房间大干净卫生，遗憾没有冰箱，早餐也算满意。但这次艺龙的订房服务非常差，我是晚上10：45下订单，平时等待酒店确认都很快，但这次足足等了一个多小时都没结果，期间主动打过2次客服电话及在线催问，当时和第一个客服说好5分钟之内回电告诉我情况但根本没人回！时间已很晚了，联系的任何客服都没有应急处理方式的建议，就只会说加急处理，直到凌晨12点才接到客服回电，告知联系不上代理公司，建议我取消换别家酒店或继续等，即便再找其他酒店还要更多时间，所以我想这家先不退，我再同时看其他酒店，可客服居然说，丑话说在前头，如果不取消这个，期间定了其他酒店而这间同时也订上了也是不能取消的，你们还能再霸道点吗？你们一直订不上还怪我了？是我主动原因想取消的吗？当我放下客服电话，订单马上被取消了，原因是预定的房型没房了，折腾了1，2个小时后你们才说没房？我马上在艺龙重新操作同家酒店换了其他房型，这次不到5分钟确认入住，如你们早说换个房型或重新订你们自营的等其他办法能耽误这么久吗？难为我还带着3岁的孩子，接触的全部客服都是同一个嘴脸，态度很不友好，就只会说以预定结果为准，如艺龙就一直这样态度也快关门了！
