睡觉的时候打开被子发现床单有血渍反映到酒店过来给换了床单，服务员也一再表示只是洗衣机生锈带上的锈点，但个人感觉酒店没有一套针对客户投诉的联动机制，处理问题时只站在自己角度没有及时安抚客户并道歉，未考虑问题的后果，及时更换房间，造成客户一晚没睡好，老是感觉床上有点膈应，酒店停车方便，早餐简单干净，就是房间有点小，现在很少见到这么局促的房间，设施床品都不错，就是服务不到位。

新酒店，干净卫生，靠近医院，马路边上就有公交车，晚上路边正好有在工程施工，窗户隔音差了点，太吵，没睡好觉，第一夜太累了回宾馆倒头就睡，第二夜就觉着太吵没睡好，到下半夜才累趴了睡着。虽然前台有关照可以换房间，但等到发现实在睡不着又太晚了，整理行李又太费劲，只能将就了，睡不好早上5点多就又醒了
