每次都住，设施不错的。只是这次房门打不开，去柜台换了一次还不行，叫服务员开门等的时间太长，最终换了房间。第一次遇到算偶然吧！

整体外观环境高大上，内部布局也很幽静休闲。但是房间设施显得陈旧了与整体酒店的星级不相符，最悲催的是卫生间里所有的龙头拧开都是很烫的热水，没有凉水的。

位子是在大港的，总台服务有点慢，在艺龙下单后，老是催我打个电话给艺龙网，她们非得等到有传真才行，其他都还可以！
