我在此酒店入住共7天：br1。刚开始入住，发现天花板上有一个大窟窿，我并没有在意；br2。在第四还是第五天的下午，外出回到酒店打开门，就发现从马桶倒流上来的臭味熏满了整个房间；后面给我换房间；但是换了房间糟糕的事情还没停止；冲凉的水没办法进入下水道，导致一部分漫进了房间；br3。第6天，早晨把水不能进入下水道的情况反映给了前台；下午回到酒店大约13：30分，情况还是没有解决，前台唯一的解释说水电工不在；更气的是房间卫生也还没有打扫；br4。7天住满后，25日上午退房；要求开发票，前台说财务不在，让我留下地址，给我寄过来，寄的时候给我电话，我也爽快的答应了；但是到30日我还没有收到电话，我打过去问前台，回复说税票局那边还没有拿到发票，我到现在还不知道什么时候能收到发票；br如果可以，请同程网的工作人员、或天津凯华商务酒店能处事的人员给予一个明确的答复？
