酒店离天津站10分钟步行，主干道旁醒目，室内设施陈旧，坐便器还是上世纪的浪费水，淋浴设施没有手冲，喷头老化漏水，卫生间异味重，环境、设施、服务仅相当于3星水平，性价比低。早餐卫生，但蛋白质含量少，质量不高，服务员表情淡漠，服务意思不强。
