优点是位置好，离2号线地铁站近，离海河近，前台在前一间有问题的情况下主动升级了房间
缺点:先是高级标间霉味严重，后升的套间下水道反味严重，窗户不知为何都离地面很高，像通风窗，设施老旧，早餐太简单配不上四星。

从天津站南口出来，在南广场向右侧眺望，可见凯德大酒店的尖楼顶。步行约15分钟可达酒店。该酒店大众化，说不上好或者不好。服务也一般般，冷冷淡淡，互不干扰。房间大小尚可。只是卫生间有异味。这与酒店年久未修，下水道反味有关。早餐有点给四星级酒店拖后腿，餐厅小，食物简。酒店位置好，值得赞。距离火车站和劝业场均是步行距离。酒店后面即是意大利风情街，西餐节有不错选择。

只能说很一般吧，酒店很冷清，房间卫生一般，好在酒店位置比较好，离天津摩天轮还算进，周报也有吃的，有停车场免费

第一次遇到超过18:00未到酒店被取消的情况，所以原先定的两天订单被取消。酒店硬件设施偏旧，不过配备齐全，前台服务还可以，可以寄存行李，早餐不错～离意风区很近，离车站、津湾广场、游轮码头都近。
