去的时候被告知没有热水，然后到十二点，水还是不热。我们房间空调很是不好，开半天都不制热，重点是之前遥控器没电了，服务台打不通，我们还是亲自去楼下拿的电池！！！！如果不是离着上班近 ，才不会去，以后不会再去这家了！！
