干净，离商业区近，且是正经大型商业区。吃饭方便，都是正规饭店。离天津的全聚德饭店非常近，这个全聚德是正宗北京全聚德的分店，爱吃鸭子的旅客，在天津也可以饱口福了。

酒店宣传与入住不符，订的一天，因为便宜，到店后告知是钟点房，强烈抗议。没有入住，直接离开。

该酒店设施一流，早餐丰盛。但是在卫生间下水道口处发现毛发少许，牙刷杯是宜家的，但是有之前客人留下的牙膏渍，刷牙杯子不敢用。位置比较偏僻，靖江路地铁站下来开车十分钟可达。步行的话要近三十分钟。酒店较小，三层小楼建起来的。
