宾馆外观很不起眼，但内部房间简约整洁，设施完好，24小时热水稳定，早餐还可以，位置交通便利，北宁公园门口公交线路很多，1路可直达古文化街和滨江道步行街。唯一不足，卫生间缺乏私密性，玻璃隔断墙，至少应装上防水拉帘，另外没有电吹风机，也有所不便。
