可以说超级超级落后的酒店了。除了离河边近，完全没有任何值得住之处，住了两晚就想问，是四星级酒店吗！设施落后，房间的电视还是大方块，电话上没有前台、客房等按键，找到前台，还被前台教训说，房卡上有前台号码自己不会看？于是每次还要在座机上拨一串号码才能联系前台。。Wi-Fi竟然每个房间配一个账号密码，房间里的账号和密码到了大厅不能用，呵呵了。。电梯也很老旧。当然，老酒店硬件差就不说什么了，结果更可气的是服务人员素质也很差！入住做预授权，前台服务员算错帐，预授了两次；退房的时候，不知道是服务员业务素质问题还是酒店设施老旧，预授权的4000多担保金解冻不了。还要重新付款。好吧，因为当时我们火车要开了，就按服务员要求又重新刷卡付了房费，结果服务员说收不到，还要我们支付宝再付一次！付了之后去赶火车，上了火车查了一下支付记录发现，不仅预授权没解冻，我们还付了两次房费。这酒店，自己入账多少都不知道吗？简直无语了！这是四星级酒店吗？如果不是我们自己查询发现付了两次3600多元房费，酒店吭都不吭一声。不给差评简直是对不起以后想入住的顾客！
