特别好的体验，我们一家订了两间房，一间大床、一间双床，服务态度没的说，门口保安都会主动帮拿行李。客服管家刘洪岭服务更是细致周到，那几天降温房间冷，联系他后就送来了电暖气。硬件设施也很好，而且有不限量的瓶装水供应。下次来天津还会住这里。
