交通便利，距离地铁站步行五分钟，走到五大道也就十分钟。周围还算安静，也有饭店超市水果店，酒店设施还是比较新的，也很干净。隔音不错，热水也很大，就是有些房间WiFi信号比较弱，为此我们还换了一次房间。

酒店位置很好，去五大道和静园都很近。不用交押金，旁边吃饭的涮羊肉和一个烤鸭店都不错，半自助的早餐扫微信便宜10元还28一位吃的很一般不太值，但大过年的估计出去吃饭也不太好找凑合下吧。
