服务极差态度极差设施捡漏，说管早餐其实5块还不足它价格。服务员刁难住户建议千万不要去，根本不上星不如住如家。

这个所谓四星标准的酒店，除了有价格优势以外，其他都不敢恭维，尤其是前台服务员高冷不专业的态度！大过年入住酒店 本来是个开心的事 但是F028前台吃着饭出来接待 全程沉着脸极不耐烦没有半点微笑的态度 实在让人感觉恼火。强忍着不满办理好入住 努力克制情绪和她打听吃饭的地方 和交涉调节房间等事情 结果都是热脸在蹭冷屁股！希望酒店加强对服务员尤其是前台窗口微笑服务的培训。
另外，酒店的位置较偏 离着市区主要景点基本都有10公里左右的距离。
