服务态度一般吧，服务员打扫特别慢，一层就一个服务员，等待打扫要半天，毛巾发黄，卫生比较差。

入住要收押金，但是只收现金，不给做预授权，坚持刷卡的话，酒店是按照消费刷卡的，刷卡单显示叫天津九歌电器商行，根本不是酒店名称。另外房间床单有污渍，漱口杯很脏，房间家具地板毁损严重，电视还是显像管式的。其他还算可以。
