住过这么多次酒店，这次是最糟心的一次没有之一。晚上洗了个澡，下水道不通水都淌的客厅里了，把我们的东西全泡了，联系工作人员，晚上十一点多带着拖把、棍子来我们屋通下水道，捅了半天说是通不开，大冬天大半夜让我们换其他楼层的房间，我们要求找负责人，服务员说晚上这个点了，我们负责人休息了，那大半夜十一二点就让我们搬家呀，而且我们还有孩子，第二天早上10点我要再次要求找负责人，结果说负责人还没上班，简直无语，我们是来旅游的，这一天的计划全泡汤了。
