2018年十一期间入住天鹅湖温泉度假村，周边不远处有很多吃饭商家，离奥莱也不远，还有个沃尔玛，吃饭还能叫外卖，非常方便。
酒店十一期间几乎满房，两点钟并不能办入住。我们先去划船，湖面很平静，凭房卡是30一小时。
房间本来是大床，后来换成了标间，房间里是两个一米二五的单人床，挺宽敞的。
入住送两份早餐和两个钓鱼券，还有两张游泳票。钓鱼的人很多，钓上来的可不多，鱼也挺小的。
儿童早餐是18元，成人25元。
最满意的是游泳池，标准50米的泳道，还没人，服务人员态度特别好，而且还有一个儿童游泳乐园，水温很好，得有30度以上。
建议房间选阴面，可以俯瞰湖面。

客观的评价，酒店周边环境还是不错的，湖光风景如画。但房间设施太陈旧，床头开关老旧，空调开关不灵，冷气效果极差，还没外面凉快。

酒店设施非常齐全，环境优雅美丽。价格亲民，是家庭旅游，出差，度假，商务会议，招待客人的绝佳场所。来一次就爱上了她，所以决定下次来还住这里。

环境还可以，就是感觉被子有点儿潮，不够干燥。卫生间的门有问题，关不上。房间的家具有些陈旧和损害，该换了。早晨的自助餐品种有点儿少。房间的拖鞋不是一次性的那种。
