停车场好，方便。前台服务人员好。
171121住1103房间，晚10点左右的房务中心女客服很讨厌和糟糕！客人要补一下抽纸，她要收钱，很不通情理。给酒店的形象抹了黑。很像是一些讨厌的北京人。我们是酒店的老住户了。酒店应该对这个客户人员加强管理和教育。酒店和客户是互相友好合作的关系。
