酒店离机场很近，离客户也很近，很方便。酒店古色古香，房间不错，早餐品种丰富。巴西烤肉58元，便宜也很好吃。下次还住这里。

事情经过：
1、共计入住五天，入住当天五楼在装潢，没有人住，要求换房但说没有，要求第二天给换前台同意后，第二天早晨出门前再次向前台说明，晚上回来不是没有房间，前台主管态度很差，一副无所谓，爱住不住的。没有办法，问之后几天有没有房间，他说：都预订出去了，没有房换，无耐只有不换。
2、到房间后，房间没有打扫，一塌糊涂；联系前台，十五分钟还没有人来打扫
3、房间电视没有信号，电视晚上回来也不行了。
4、投诉：要求大堂经理处理，前台主管说：只能联系，能不能解决不知道。
5、没法子投诉到艺龙网，态度很好，联系酒店，同意更换房间，但房卡要自己下楼办，前台主管电话里的语言给人感觉很差，让人感觉：你搞这些事情，你不就是要换房。
6、到现在为止，没有管理层来处理这个事情，只能认命，下次不来了。
