卫生间放了很久都没热水，房间内的冰箱无法用，床垫特别软，睡醒后浑身乏力；酒店管理混乱，给别的人又开了我们房间的房卡，半夜别人进来吓了一跳，安全无保障；酒店服务员自己不去查找原因，深夜频繁敲门，跟我们核实是否付款，何时入住，何人办理，搞得我们跟骗子似的，入住体验极差！！！如果有零分，我肯定打零分
