各方面都不错，和朋友也经常住这里，但是最近发现这里就是有点儿不人性化，不管你来的多晚，十二点之前，才刚过了11点，就打电话催你退房，做了好多年的酒店相关的业务，还没听说不能延退一半小时房的，难怪人家说北方服务管理差呢，确实不咋地！！！房
