酒店的服务、硬件设施以及整体环境都挺好的，唯一有点缺憾的就是房间没有穿衣镜，只有一个洗手间的梳洗镜……

位置不错，还算好找，卫生挺干净的，设施也比较新，就是电热水器，澡洗到一半就没热水了；还有就是我的订单办理入住的时候前台说没有房型，就没接我这个单子，但携程明明是确认了的，还好调换了标准间，没影响住宿，希望酒店与携程之间加强信息交流

第二次住这里，在理工大学里面，周边比较安静安全，交通方便，附近有地铁和公交。房间面积较大，Wi-Fi方便，卫生打扫及时，环境也不错。早饭供应也挺丰富的，酒店餐厅，招待朋友饭菜质量也不逊色。还是很不错的。前台服务也很周到。下次还会再住的。

新建的酒店，干净，卫生。位于理工大学东门内，地理位置不错。大学里的食堂不错。饭菜可口，消费很低。服务人员态度热情，这里对前台的小妹张灵棋提出严重表扬，我们由于路上堵车，没有及时退房，结算的时候，她热情帮我们联系酒店总监，没有加收延时退房的房费，很人性化的服务。因为这件事，一行人对酒店留下很好的印象。下次来，肯定会住这里。同时，对酒店的陈总监表示感谢。
