前台服务人员态度奇差无比，前台俩女的比客人还牛的样子。晚上9点说要给外事办打电话，外事办认得你是谁么？！还让我回去取旧护照，真是奇了葩了，我家又不在天津，再说，天津本地的还需要住酒店么？全国住那么多酒店没碰到一间这样的，还要检查入境章？！请问你是海关还是警察？护照签证没问题就完了，牛*哄哄的。最后留下我电话告诉我先上去房间，完了明天再说，***，我办签证的出入境管理人员都没你牛*。
再说说房间，这破房间艺龙还能标为四星级，天津的四星级就这样吗？地毯就不说了，门都掉皮了，那个浴缸我都不敢站里面，洗手台太无语，总之不会再来，一无是处的酒店
