优点很多。不一一列举。
前台很忙，有时候服务会不及时或者有疏忽，比如我要个创可贴等了很久也没人送。
我的快递丢了，感谢工作人员帮忙找，查了监控，虽然一直没等到正式道歉和主动协商，但还好最后知道怎么丢了。还是想说，丢的东西不值钱，我可以不追究，也可以很较真，给酒店提醒了，希望引以为戒。另外我希望再次处理这些事情的时候，态度再端正一些（可能换班加很忙，有误会吧
第一次去天津旅游第一次入住，这个事挺难忘，希望有缘再会。

劳动节去天津玩，整体感觉不错，虽然之前有人评论说在装修，可是看到他们基本上也还好，没有很吵，也没有异味。并且楼道放着小吃和食品可以自取。早餐比较丰富的自助早餐很不错，住宿客人免费停车。很不错的体验。下次还会光顾

酒店位置好，适合孩子，停车出行都很方便，下次还会再考虑入住，临近地铁二号线，近机场，服务态度好，周围吃饭的地方很多，外卖也方便

酒店很好找，环境也不错，我定的房间不含早餐，不知道怎么样，酒店停车场很大，什么时候到都有车位，就是开车出门的话必须去前台领停车卡，不然门口那得收停车费，晚上睡觉没有噪音挺安静的。酒店服务也挺好，卫生保持的不错。
