原来的自来水公司招待所，待人接物方面，国营企业的态度残留气氛很浓，本来免费提供游泳服务的，但是才10点就都下班了。房间装修较新，但是有些设备不好用，洗澡间头顶的花淋不怎么出水。房间没有窗，而且照明不好。
但如果考虑所处位置和价格的话，还是可以接受的。

在天津市自来水公司院内，所以叫沃特（water）,够霸道吧！！！
房间干净，周边比较安静！适合入住！美中不足的是，前台接待的工作人员，对天津市的出行游览，推荐的不多！再接再励了！！！

不错 ，第一次住，大厅给人的感觉很好。房间也舒服。
相比南方的酒店，早餐差很多了， 各地有各地的习惯，
这点不强求。 里步行街很近，不错
