酒店位于开发区内，交通还算便利，周围没有什么大型超市，如果需要购物什么的需要坐公交。酒店的硬件设施很老旧，电视机不是液晶的，没有数字电视，电视机还有雪花。还有卫生间，卫生间的淋浴是由淋浴房改造成的，水量不是很大，水温比较难调。

在侯台附近，楼下以及边上很多吃饭的地，高档低档都有，离南站也不是很远。全五分！
