没想到一个所谓的四星级酒店尽然这么差！进门服务态度冷漠，死板！没有门童，停车场小！拥挤！混乱！前台服务毫无宾至如归的热情！冷冰冰毫无笑脸！进了房间！哇！如此落后！破旧！设备陈旧！破败不堪！且老旧，连个如家这样的快捷酒店都不如！电视机还是用十几年的大屁股电视机，中控台老旧，且指示不明确，有些键尽然是坏的！浴缸马桶那简直无法直视！毫无光洁度！磨损严重！破旧！面盆龙头尽然不是用的铜镀鉻，用的是几十来块的合金龙头，塑料把手！洗漱用品简直就是垃圾！房间居然有“小强”！就是***呕心死了！孩子住了一晚身上都起了好多疹子，一片一片的，到现在孩子身上都没好！真***垃圾酒店！连个普通快捷酒店都不如！不是***附近没有房间，我都准备半夜就退房！墙纸破损，有污渍！床又高又硬！再说一遍**不如！！！
