  因为机票改期了没有入住，但是定的不能退房的，所以正常扣款并可以评价。好几年前这里刚开业时去看过，房间很大，装修不错，地理位置很好。我比较看重房间大小和隔音，这里应该可以满足，价格也不贵，觉得性价比很不错。至于看评价有的说沙发卫生一般的，可能布艺沙发时间久了爱沾土，打扫用心一点就可以。希望越办越好

  非常烂！再也不会去了！ 屋子很旧，进门到处都是灰，不知道几百年没人用过，让保洁来打扫，居然所保洁都放假了，没办法打扫。 连烧水的壶也没有，让用屋子里一个饮水机接热水，不知道多久没人用过了，感觉像哪回收来的二手的，都泛着黄，插上电居烧一会，满屋子都有一股烧焦的味道，吓到不敢用。维修师傅来捣鼓半天，最后给换了一个机器也是很旧。 床垫都还没拆塑封膜，很薄的一层被褥，在上面乱串。枕头也有很硬还泛着黄。 洗澡就更能难受了，还是那种极老式的浴箱，老年人上下很不方便容易滑倒，花洒水乱呲。 没有洗澡用的拖鞋，智勇一次性纸的那种，真是无语。 大冷天的屋子里空调也打不开，维修师傅来搞了一下，说他们也不会修，可能是不让用。。。。。 走南闯北也住过不少酒店，各种档次，实在是没见过这么差劲又土得掉渣的酒店。

  优点:房间三间，卫生间三间，床有六张，五张一米二的，一张一米五的。空间很大足够住。在阳台上就能看见海河。周边饭店，超市不少，很方便。缺点:家具，尤其是沙发不是很干净，卫生间地板也不是很干净。需要交押金400元，整体还可以吧
