这是我第二次入住这个酒店了，因为第一次入住的印象不错，酒店设施和卫生状况良好，性价比较高！但是这次入住我觉得酒店服务方面有点问题。我预订房间的时候注明是含早餐的，等我办理入住登记的时候，前台服务员告诉我没早餐了，厨师放假了，既然没早餐那么为什么在预订页面上注明的含单早？或者酒店方在确认订单的时候告知我一声也行啊！？您等我入住的时候才告诉我没早餐让我取消订单重新订是什么鬼？同程艺龙预订的订单需要做担保，取消订单不退款，也就是说我这个订单实际钱已经付了，我退订单还和客服电话申请，先不说麻烦不麻烦，都这钟点了退了再订无早餐的房间实际价格还要贵一点，你说我还折腾他干嘛？酒店没早餐我可以去外面吃或者叫外卖，一份早餐也差不了几个钱，但是您酒店对于这个问题的处理方式不就是逗你玩嘛！？

怀旧主题酒店，走廊及房间里都是老天津的照片及图片，床头柜上还放了两本小人书，有老式的电话，走廊里还放了老以前的秤、壶、水瓢等。房间结构合理，布置得当，色调温馨，整洁干净。服务管理好，打扫很及时。进门就是洗漱区，与洗澡、方便的地方分开了，即干湿区分开，对于住宿的旅客很方便。总之，酒店位置好，吃住行方便，体验感良好，非常不错……😊
