在开发区，去管委会办事方便点。450多的价格在滨海开发区真不算低的，但设施、服务、配置完全沾不上国际二字，更别提四星标准了，就如家的水平…免费升级的商务大床房，都很一般，标间啥的估计好不到哪去。
唯一满意点的是打扫卫生的阿姨态度还比较热情淳朴。
性价比低，下次不去了，不满意。

住了三次了，套房真的不错，早餐也非常丰富，就是6楼以上没有wifi，需要交100押金插一个小东西。总体来说很推荐。
