前台客服和保安大哥非常有礼貌有素质，对疫情管控做的非常细致和严格。br酒店房间比想象中要好，干净卫生，酒店的床软硬适中，稍偏硬朗一点点，其实这样的床正符合人体工程学睡着不累腰也不酸。酒店在选择客房物件上非常用心。br酒店附近有很多特色餐厅，而且离火车站也很近，坐地铁也很方便。br非常不错的一次住宿感受。

经常住这个酒店，以前一直很高评价对它，这次特别不满意的是门口安装的门禁系统，开车过去不能自动识别，而且没有服务员盯着，每次都得下次今酒店喊，很麻烦
