总体上是推荐的，不论是从历史情结，还是交通位置，软件硬件都很不错，在天津人心目中是一个举办婚宴理想的场所。房间很高、很大，内部也很有民国范，但是采光都被百叶窗堵住了，有点不够敞亮的感觉。wifi在晚高峰期，不是很通畅。服务不冷不热，有求必应，但不求也不应，但有“求”就一定要通过电话来“声张”，否则很容易被“忽略”。全运会时期，他家的房源也不是特别紧张。地下一层有个游泳池，水质不错，只是通风方面有些差，不过在天津，这样的环境也算是过得去了。

位置很好，闹中取静，出门一拐弯就到海信，小白楼欧式风情街。还能顺着海河一路散步，两边的建筑也很漂亮。
