整体环境还是不错，但前台穿红色工作服的貌似是前台主管服务态度极差，我们是住客没有少给你一分钱，你用不着跟我们摆出一副高高在上的架子，换个房间你那么费劲，各种理由说没房间，黑色衣服的前台服务员来了就给换好了，想不明白你是怎么当上主管的，一点服务态度都没有

挺满意的，酒店装修中式的，比较高档，很干净也安静去，位置也不错，离凯德商场开车5分钟，唯一不好是停车收费，不出去24小时12元，中间出去再回来还得买12元停车券，住了一晚共花了28元左右停车费。一小时4元。

住了两天 ，环境还不错，但是第一天过后挂牌打扫房间竟然没有打扫，晚上回来的晚，浴巾什么的洗漱用品依旧用的头一天的，很不满意！

以前住着挺好的，这次去开房的时候就开了十几分钟。给我来了一个2楼的第一间，厕所的上面老有咚咚咚的声音，晚上弄得都睡不好，去前台换房告诉一会告诉我没房，一会告诉我要加钱才能换，打电话说有大床房，我过去问就告诉我没有，你们前台嘴里还有实话吗？
