订房时就留意了其他人的评价，没当回事，尤其前台那个态度，那个难。简直无法容忍，不是距离客户近，真不会住那。入住前确认，从艺龙帮我确认来看，就费了老大劲，到天津，电话确认住房，就是死活不接电话。退房，排队查房40分钟，开票20分钟，你要觉得人多，其实一共十来个人在办理。早餐，真不知道评论说早餐可以的人什么心理，那也叫早餐，无语。反正以后再也不来。
