帮国外客户订的酒店，本来订的三天，但是他们的环境客户不满意，卫生也觉得不太好，最主要的是，浴室的淋浴管子竟然是断开的！客户直接就炸了，要换酒店！
不过酒店方面的服务还是很到位的，第一时间来看了情况，给客户免费升级了行政套房，还送了水果，但是最后客户还是选择了换酒店……
这里必须要提的是前台的服务员们，态度都很好，反馈很及时，还不耐烦的帮客户注册微信，虽然尝试了多次没有成功，到这是客户自己帐号的问题。
地理位置还是可以的，旁边就是碧水家园，该有的社区服务都很完善，如果我自己的话，应该会觉得还不错！

房間不錯，乾淨高級。早餐環境待改進，房客用餐人數很多，餐廳空間小，座位不夠，來不及補菜色，許多人站著等。服務員態度好。

前台服务周到，人多的时候也会很有耐心，比其他酒店那些不爱搭理人的客服强太多了，表扬长头发那个高个儿客服，很有素质

对面是公安局，安全可以。分两栋楼a座直接就能过去，b座要经过一条长走廊，光线一般。房间里设施还可以，就是空调不行，没开19℃，开了成18了！

早餐很丰富，服务人员态度很好，就是感觉酒店房间里面的地毯不太干净，被子有点薄，一次性拖鞋质量太差了，穿了一分钟就坏了

第二次住了。 手动点赞前台姓陈的小姐姐和全体前台美女们。打电话咨询房型不厌其烦的解释，办理入住的时候不厌其烦的让我看房间。
酒店总体不错，就是位置有点远。
