酒店外面看着还行，客房卫生不敢恭维。其中客房中心有一个奇葩服务员。8月17号晚大概七八点左右我从外面回来出了五楼电梯，看见电梯口对面工作间有一个服务员，我对她说，我房间没餐巾纸，她回答“你没餐巾纸过不了日子吗？卫生间不是有两卷卫生纸么，你将就着用吧”，无法言语。

据说是当地很好的酒店。设施较新但档次不够，淋浴间热水很久才热，水量也小，而且电梯只到15楼，到顶层的客房得走一层楼梯；服务员素质也一般。

实话实说，已经住了好多年了，但是现在感觉明显不如过去。首先，房间地毯的味道非常重，至少要清洗一下嘛，这么重的味道，让人怎么住？其次，现在服务差了很多，让客房服务哪一套茶具说了两次都没有人送来。还有房间原本都有放浴袍，现在也取消了很可惜，如果君家酒店不做改变，那么下一次我不会再选择他了。
