前台服务员态度挺好的，在天门以方言为主的地方，服务员能说普通话；酒店位于东湖边上，靠窗就能看到湖，晚上在湖边走走挺舒服；要吃地道的天门早餐，从酒店沿湖走到人民医院门诊前那条街，有传统的米粉、锅盔、水煎包等吃；最后说下到天门南坐车，酒店打个出租大概70-80元左右。

房间外就是大东湖，风景如画，美！下次还会入住这家。房间设施很好，和平时住的维也纳差不多好，正好是搞特价，房间优惠七十多，实惠。
