在天门，华泰应该是当地比较高档次的，整体环境及酒店内的硬件设施都是按照准五星来设计，早餐也满丰盛。但入住及退房时在前台的体验不太令人满意。首先说入住，前台办理入住手续时需要站着，前台接待只有一位，需排队办理手续，我们背着行礼在前台站了约半小时才给我们办理好入住手续，中间有人插队都无人问津。清晨退房时亦是如此，退房时说我们把房间里的一条毛巾染了色，需赔偿，才想起酒店里吹风机套掉色，处理相关事宜约半小时。可气的是电脑落在房间，我们进入重庆境内才意识到，酒店清房时毛巾染色了发现的那么及时，落下一台电脑却不告知，后来还是让朋友去帮忙取回才完事。总体而言，酒店方面需从自身角度好好的反省，毕竟收取的费用在天门当地整体酒店行业水平也是上了档次的。
