酒店位置不错，购物吃饭散步都很方便。
地下停车场很好。
服务有点跟不上，办入住等了一小时，退房等了半小时。
房间卫生打扫不彻底，地面不干净。服务员在楼道大声说话，很吵。
晚上送了酸奶，这点要点赞。
床很舒服。

1.早上八点去吃早餐，结果基本上就没啥东西了，客人吃完就没有了吗？你们定量供应的嘛？
2.前台的接待人员素质不高，实在影响酒店的形象，问话半天不回复，搭拉个脸给谁看啊！
3.网上11点多定的房，一点四十了还没住进去，说是还没收拾。这样你可以不接单啊！
4.卫生状况有待提高。

入住体验在此次兰州，西宁，天水休闲自驾行程中可谓最差。给予差评的原因有二：其一，办理入住时，酒店在顾客已经在线支付担保金的情况下，还要求顾客另行支付房费、押金。如此，在顾客办理入住手续时需实际支付的款项相当于房费三倍。虽则酒店方面极力解释担保金将在入住后退还，但实际退还时间滞后，入住时实际支付房费相关款项相当于房费的三倍是不争事实。另，入住时，不仅要求提供身份证，还要求人脸识别，后一种安保措施貌似谨慎，实则扰人、夸张。其二，早餐非常乏善可陈，只有几样咸菜和杨州炒饭勉强可吃。

环境不错，地理位置优越，还贴心的送酸奶；还有前台的小姐姐（好像是姓高，没敢盯着胸牌看，押金单上也只写了一个姓）笑的贼甜，喜欢喜欢，哈哈哈。 推荐推荐
