总体非常好的一家酒店。
如果再注意一些细节将会很完美，比如说宽带质量、卫生间手纸质量、热水壶的洁净度、饮用矿泉水的赠送。

地点较偏僻，周围比较少商业设施，酒店基本上没有英语服务，早餐太过单调，暂住几天可以，要改进的地方太多

2008/12/27 我们在退房时,酒店硬说有一个瓷杯的旧裂痕(从茶杯外面看不到,也不会漏水)是我们泡茶造成的,要赔偿费15元,因为需要赶赴西安的班车,没有时间跟他们争论,只有含冤付出,建议所有旅客入住之时,核对所有用品,以免再被其所坑.淋浴间的水也容易流出.

四星级的，确实不错，第二天我竟然去了隔壁的华辰酒店（因为天水宾馆没有大床间了），价格比天水宾馆便宜了20元，但是设施差远了，后悔中。。。<br />
天水宾馆只有套房才有睡衣。 -_-'
