装修有点陈旧了，地毯很脏，布艺沙发有虫子，被咬了一身，其它还好，就在天水火车站对面，去景点也方便，后面是商业街，有大型超市，服务员的态度也不错，和旁边的酒店比起来性价比还是挺高的。

离天水火车站很近，出了站抬头就能看到花园酒店～酒店有点陈旧，火车站附近有一点吵～不是太计较的完全可以接受～周边小吃街，美食店很多，方便用餐！马路对面直接有车去麦积山，总体来说性价比还是不错的

干净卫生，后面一条街吃东西很方便，服务态度好，虽然临街，夜里并不吵，隐隐可以听到地铁到站的声音。酒店就在地铁站对面。酒店里的房价比网上订到的还便宜，不如自己到店订
